Meet Arte de Maximo, One of the greats who creates colorful paintings and murals in Austin, Texas! He's from Del Rio but loves living in Austin! Maximo is really good at using special paints called acrylics to make his paintings look alive and exciting, but what makes him super cool is that he also loves making really neat jackets out of denim and leather.

He gets ideas for his art from lots of different things, like famous artists, cartoons, funny books, and even really cool ideas from his childhood. Maximo's jackets and art shows are all these cool ideas mixed together! When he creates his art, it's like he's inviting you to jump into a world where you can imagine anything you want!
